Ingredients
- 1 fillet Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 piece Ripe Mango
- 1 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 4-5 leaves Mint Leaves, green, raw
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 0.5 slice Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
- Rub salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Place the fillet in the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes turn the fish and bake again at the same temperature for another 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare the tropical salsa – peel and chop mango, onion and pine apple.
- Take a big bowl add chopped mango, onion, pineapple, mint leaves, lemon juice, jalapeno and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in an air tight container until serve.
- When the fish is ready, serves with tropical salsa.
