Ingredients
- 3 large Bananas, raw
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 piece Ice cubes
- 1 gram Spices, nutmeg, ground
- 0.26 cup, whole Nuts, almonds
- 0.76 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 1.26 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
Instructions
- Add almonds into the blender and pulse them to form fine powder. Then add the remaining ingredients and combine well until you get a smooth mixture.
