Ingredients
- 1.02 1 cup Water
- 1.02 head Lettuce, butterhead (includes boston and bibb types), raw
- 1.5 tbsp Sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
- 1.02 lime yields Lime juice, raw
- 0.48 cup, sliced Onions, raw
- 1.98 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 450 gram Chicken, ground, raw
Instructions
- Wash lettuce cups and then dry them.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the chopped onions and ground chicken. Boil until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Drain out the water and mix the ground chicken and onion it with the fish sauce, lime juice and cilantro.
- Now spoon out the above mixture into the lettuce leaf. To taste, serve the dish with soy sauce.
