Ingredients
- 1.02 large Mushrooms, white, raw
- 0.24 glass Sparkling white wine
- 45 gram Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 0.24 cup Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil, reduced calorie, fat-free
- 453 gram Tagliatelle pasta
Instructions
- First, you need to saute the mushrooms. In the meantime, you can prepare pasta by boiling it in a pot containing water for about 8 minutes.
- When the pasta is being cooked in the bowl, add little white wine to the sautéed mushrooms and allow it to simmer for a minute or so. Then add grated cheese and cream.
- Now remove the pan from the flame. Once the pasta has been cooked to a desired level, add the prepared mushrooms and combine well.
- Add extra cheese while serving.
