Mini Pita Tuna Pizza [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 2
- Time: 20 minutes
This is the kind of recipe you can make for parties! High in protein, and contains some nice carbs as well. If you cannot find the low fat mozzarella cheese try to find some low-fat mozzarella (this will add around 4.5 grams per serving). They are best to eat straight out of the oven, but you can also make them in advance, reheat them in the oven, or even put them inside your toaster. Even eating this stuff cold (room temperature) is a real joy. This makes it great as an on the go meal!
