Ingredients
- 1 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 453 gram Sea Scallops
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels, season them with pepper and salt. Now heat little oil in the pan and add scallops and cook them for a few minutes or until they have turned golden brown.
- Now transfer the scallops into a plate. Cook the remaining scallops using more oil and with enough space between them. After cooking the scallops in batches, serve the dish alongside lemon wedges.
