Ingredients
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
- 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp Sweetener, syrup, agave
- 0.5 gram Almond Nut
Instructions
- Take a small bowl, add cocoa powder, whey protein powder and 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Add remaining milk and oats in a pan and cook over medium heat.
- Also add cocoa powder and whey protein mixture, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sweetener stir and remove from the heat.
- Let it stand for 1-2 minutes, top with crushed almonds to serve.
