Ingredients
- 3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.5 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.1 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Chop parsley and chives and whisk with shredded cheese and eggs in a bowl
- Heat up olive oil in a pan, add the mixture
- Cook for a couple of minutes until done, spice up with pepper and salt to tast
