a natural way of gaining power! This omelet is nice with some dark bread, or on a whole wheat wrap.

Ingredients
- 3 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 3 cup Spinach, raw
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 100g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
Instructions
- Heat up a pan and add the spinach
- Mix up the egg and the egg whites with the cottage cheese
- When the spinach is done, add the egg mixture
- Cook it into a nice omelet (if you use a lid it is easier to get it done)
- Add some pepper and or salt to taste
- Enjoy
