Ingredients
- 6 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 tbsp Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, high stability, non trans, high oleic (70%)
- 4 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
- 139 gram Pork, cured, ham, low sodium, lean and fat, cooked
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 30 gram Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Take a small bowl. Whisk eggs in it. Then add pepper and milk.
- Now heat some oil in a skillet and pour the egg mixture in it. Now allow the egg mixture to cook under medium flame so that it is sufficiently set. Then add ham and cheese and stir well.
- Transfer the egg mixture at the center of each tortilla and roll them up. Serve the wrap immediately.
