Ingredients
- 3 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 2 cup, diced Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 0.52 tsp Spices, onion powder
- 1 1 cup Water
- 1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 0.24 tsp Spices, paprika
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1 medium Onions, raw
- 1 package Vegetables, mixed, frozen, unprepared
Instructions
- Place a fryingpan over medium flame. Add onion and meat and cook them until they are sufficiently brown. Now add garlic and spices and toss all the ingredients.
- Now spray the inside portion of crockpot with little cooking spray. Then add little water, frozen vegetables and meat in the crockpot. Then top it with cheese, paprika and mashed potatoes.
- Cook all the ingredients for at least 6 hours by keeping the lid on. Once the ingredients are cooked, remove the lid and continue cooking for another half hour.
- Serve hot.
