Ingredients
- 425 gram Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 0.52 tsp Salt, table
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 2.52 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Puree
- 425 gram Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water\~^CHICKPEAS (GARBANZO BNS,BENGAL GRAM),MAT SDS,CND,DRND,RNSD~
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1.52 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 cup chopped Onions, young green, tops only
Instructions
- After rinsing and draining beans, transfer them in a plastic bowl. In the mean time, add parsley, tomatoes and chopped green onions in a bowl and mix them well. Now add dressing to the ingredients and coat them well. Keep it aside for at least 30 min and then season it with ground pepper and salt.
- Serve immediately.
