If you like some italian style food, and you want to impress friends while still eating lean, this is the recipe to go with. Low in fat, high in protein and stuffed with spinach! You'd almost forget your on a diet ;) Make sure to boil the lasagna sheets well though, that will make or break this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 bunch Spinach, raw
- 2.49 unit Minced Chicken
- 0.99 clove Garlic, raw
- 5.01 tbsp Olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
- 0.75 cup, crumbled Cheese, feta
- 1.5 unit Flat Lasagna Pasta uncooked
- 3.99 100g Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 0.99 cubic inch Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 0.99 medium Onions, raw
Instructions
- Boil the lasagna sheets in water with some salt until done
- Bake the spinach until done (unless you have frozen spinach, than you don't have to) and squeeze all water out
- Mix the crushed tomatoes with the squeezed garlic and the olives
- Bake the minced chicken with the chopped onion until done
- Mix the chicken with the feta and the spinach and divide over the lasagna sheets
- Roll up the sheets and put in an oven dish
- Cover the rolls with the tomato mixture, sprinkle some cheese on top, and put in the oven for about 20 minutes (180C or 350F)
- Serve with some salad!
