Ingredients
- 1 serving Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 1 cup 1/2" pieces Beans, snap, green, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 10 gram Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook ground turkey for about 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Add ginger, garlic paste stir and continue cooking until brown.
- Meanwhile whisk together – corn starch, soy sauce, broth, vinegar and chili powder; set aside.
- When the turkey is brown and starts sticking to the pan add trimmed green beans.
- Also add broth mixture and stir continuously to mix well.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes or until beans are soft and tender.
- Add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot along with brown rice.
