Ingredients
- 2 piece Ice cubes
- 0.5 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 1 slices Peaches, frozen, sliced, sweetened
- 1 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1.5 1 container yoghurt (orange)
- 1 cup, diced Melons, honeydew, raw
- 1 large Bananas, raw
Instructions
- Add sugar, ice, yogurt, honeydew melon, peach, banana and orange juice in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Transfer this mixture evenly into 2 glasses and serve chilled.
