You can serve these mini omelettes at a party, or just eat them for lunch or as a snack. They're is some nice protein in it and they are easy to eat on the go. If you don't like the idea of party omelettes you can also make 2 big omelettes. Tastes very well with some slices of dark bread, adding some nice carbs to the meal.

Ingredients
- 4 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.5 medium Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Mix the eggs and whites with the chopped bell pepper and chopped zucchini (chop really small)
- Use a Takoyaki pan (a pan with shallow indentations) to make the omelettes
- Fill each indentation with a tablespoon of the mixture
- Flip the mini omelette as soon as the bottom stops being sticky
- You'll see when they're done!
