Ingredients
- 0.96 cup, chopped Dates, deglet noor
- 0.24 cup Honey
- 1.56 cup Oats
- 0.24 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 0.96 cup Nuts, mixed nuts, oil roasted, without peanuts, without salt added
Instructions
- Soak your Dates in Warm Water for about 10 minutes.
- Put the dates in Food Processor until they are completely chopped up.
- Optional: If you like a toasted flavor for your oats, put them in an oven for about 15-minutes (350 degrees)
- Warm the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Combine the oats, dates, nuts in a bowl, pour the honey-mixture in and thoroughly mix.
- Put the mixture in a square baking dish and press down until flattened.
- Cover with a plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge.
