Ingredients
- 2 cup Oats
- 0.3 cup, slivered Nuts, almonds
- 0.3 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.3 cup Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 0.3 cup Honey
- 0.3 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 60 gram Apple sauce, puree of apples, unsugared
- 35 gram Chocolate, dark, 70-85% cacao solids
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and microwave at 15 second bursts until all melted. Stir until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and place into a lightly greased glass dish or Tupperware container.
- Refrigerate for a least 20 minutes, then slice into individual servings.
