I always like experimenting with these mini pizza's. This one is prepared with egg and tuna for a nice amount of protein. Four of these units make for one lunch.

Ingredients
- 4 pita, small Bread, pita, whole-wheat
- 1 extra large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 0.2 cup Ketchup
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Heat up the oven (200C, 400F)
- Mix the tuna with the egg, chives and pepper
- Smear the pitas with the tomato ketchup
- Put tuna mixture on top
- Place in oven for 15 minutes
