Ingredients
- 453.04 gram Bacon bits, meatless
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.48 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 16 1 oz Penne Pasta
- 1.04 large Onions, raw
Instructions
- First, you can start boiling lightly salted water in a pot. Once the water starts boiling, you can add pasta and start stirring. Cook the pasta without covering the pot for about 11 minutes. Once it is cooked, transfer it into a bowl and coat it with little olive oil.
- Cook onion and chopped bacon in a skillet over medium flame until the onion starts browning and bacon becomes crisp.
- From the skillet drain out the bacon grease, setting aside a tablespoon for taste. Add the bacon mixture into the bowl containing pasta. Use Parmesan cheese for sprinkling the dish. Now serve the dish immediately.
