Broccoli is rich in calcium, protein and iron, making it the perfect vegetable for bodybuilding. Add the most delicious cheese to it and you have a very tasty recipe! On top of that it is the easiest recipe in the world ;)

Ingredients
- 5 100g Broccoli, raw
- 1 100g Cheese, feta
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 2 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 4 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 4 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
Instructions
- Cook the broccoli in a pan, steamer or microwave until tender (I prefer the steamer, more of the vitamins are preserved)
- Boil the pasta until done
- Saute the garlic and the onion for a couple of minutes and take half of the mixture out of the pan with one tbsp of olive oil
- Add the diced chicken to the mixture in the pan and cook until done
- Mix the half of the onion/garlic you took out of the pan, with the broccoli, salt pepper, tbsp of olive oil, crumbled feta and the lemon juice
- Use mix or blender to mix until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste
- Mix with the chicken and boiled pasta and serve!
