Ingredients
- 2 medium Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 0.12 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.52 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 475 degrees Celsius.
- In a small bowl, stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper and bread crumbs.
- Take another bowl and place egg whites in it.
- Into the bowl containing egg whites dip zucchini slices and coat them using breadcrumb mixture.
- Now place the zucchini slices over a greased baking sheet.
- Bake the slices in an oven for 5 minutes. Then turn them over and continue baking for another 5 minutes or until they become crispy and brown.
- Serve immediately.
