If you find yourself having leftover egg whites and you are craving for some sweet stuff, this is a great dish to make. You can make a whole bunch and freeze part of it.

Ingredients
- 4 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.32 cup Honey
- 0.96 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.32 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250F or 120C
- Pour water and honey in a pan, and heat up (don't cook)
- Mix/beat the egg whites until foamy and stiff (you should be able to keep the bowl upside down without the egg whites coming loose)
- Pour the water-honey mixture into the bowl with the egg whites and add the vanilla extract
- Mix again for two minutes, spoon heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet
- Place in the oven for 75 minutes, first cool down before eating!
