Ingredients
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.5 unit Egg, whole, boiled
- 0.3 100g Onion, red, raw
- 0.2 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 2 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cup Spinach, raw
Instructions
- Dice the tomato and onion and mis together with the olive oil, some salt and pepper and the greek yoghurt
- Scoop in the can of tuna and crumble the hard boiled egg in
- Put the tuna mixture with some fresh spinach leaves onto two tortilla wraps and roll up tight
