Ingredients
- 0.5 cup, shredded Cheese, monterey, low fat
- 0.1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 3 piece Egg white beaten
- 12 oz Biscuits, mixed grain, refrigerated dough
- 0.1 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 0.1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 18 Links Breakfast Sausage
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Celsius.
- Now place a large skillet over medium flame and combine green pepper, onion and sausage in it. Continue cooking the ingredients until sausage is brown. Set aside the ingredients after they have crumbled sufficiently and have been drained.
- Then take the biscuit dough and prepare 10 biscuits out of it. Flatten each of the biscuits and line the sides and bottom of the muffin cups (10 in number).
- Now distribute the sausage mixture evenly across the cups.
- Mix milk and eggs and divide this mixture across the cups and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each cup.
- Bake the cups in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
