Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 3 tsp Spices, onion powder
- 1.24 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.76 cup Cheese, cream, low fat
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 0.52 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium heat and saute onions in it along with a dash of salt and olive oil.
- Use a metal or wood spatula for stirring the onions occasionally until they turn golden brown. Set the onions aside and allow it to cool.
- Now whisk together salt, onion powder, yogurt and sour cream. Make sure that you are adding onion powder slowly so that they taste good. Keep the caramelized onions at the side so as to cool it down completely. Stir in the yogurt in a separate bowl with 2/3 of the caramelized onions.
- Just before serving top it with leftover onions.
