Ingredients
- 2 large Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 fl oz Carbonated beverage, SPRITE, lemon-lime, without caffeine
- 0.5 1 fl oz Simple Syrup
- 2 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, distilled, all (gin, rum, vodka, whiskey) 90 proof
- 1 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 1 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
Instructions
- While keeping the skin on, dice the orange.
- Take a tall glass and muddle the cilantro and the diced orange in it. Make sure you are extracting the oil from orange’s peel. Now add a shot of syrup, two shots of rum, lemon squeeze and the juice of another orange. Now add ice and shake the ingredients well.
- After straining into a tall glass, use crushed ice to fill halfway. Then top it using sprite. Just before serving, garnish the drink using cilantro.
