Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 1 piece Ripe Mango
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, green leaf, raw
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 1 tbsp Mango Chutney
- 1 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 gram Almond Nut
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add – oil, mango chutney, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper, mix to combine all.
- Marinade the chicken breast in the mixture and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the grill and cook the chicken breast on the grill for about 5 minutes, both sides.
- When the chicken is cooked through, remove from the grill and cut into bit size pieces.
- Prepare the salad by peeling and chopping lettuce, spinach, mango, tomato and onions.
- To assemble the salad take a big bowl and add all the chopped greens, mango, tomato, onions and chicken.
- Sprinkle little salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
