Ingredients
- 4 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 unit Onion, red, raw
- 3 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 2 dash Salt, table
- 2 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half to open, and spread content over the bread slices
- Slice the tomato and chop the onion and stack with chopped chives on the bread
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
