Ingredients
- 1.02 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, tequila sunrise, canned
- 1.98 1 tbsp Mayo
- 1.02 cup chopped Onions, young green, tops only
- 1.02 dash Salt, table
- 1.02 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1.02 tbsp Spices, chili powder
- 0.24 cup Vinegar, red wine
- 1.98 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.24 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1.02 1 cup sliced Purple onions
- 1.02 head, large Cabbage, red, raw
- 1.98 pepper Peppers, serrano, raw
- 4.02 breast bone and skin r Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 3 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1.02 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 0.48 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 1.02 cup Lime juice, raw
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and combine salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno pepper, chili powder, orange juice, lime juice and tequila in it. Now add the chicken breasts and keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
- Heat the grill and lightly coat it with oil so as to prevent chicken from sticking to it.
- Remove the chicken from the fridge. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and then grill it for at least 5 minutes or until it has turned golden brown.
- Now turn the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and transfer it on a plate. Cover the plate and set it aside for 5 minutes. Then serve it immediately.
