The best part with mussels is that they provide you with a wide range of nutrients that are important for your health. For example, protein present in mussels helps in maintaining the shape of your body cells and enables effective communication between them to ensure proper health. Mussels are also a wonderful source of selenium, an important nutrient that allows protein to carry out its functions. Vitamin A is also provided by mussels and this is required for maintaining immune and skin system, besides nourishing eyes. Butter is a healthier food option as compared to margarine. This is because it contains less cholesterol and has fewer calories. In addition to this, butter provides you with lots of minerals and essential fatty acids. It also has a perfect balance of omega-6 and omega-3 fats.
