Ingredients
- 2 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 2 1 cup Water
- 2 piece Ice cubes
- 1 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
- 1 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 3 1 tsp Sugar, Normal
Instructions
- Cook oats in water for 2 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick.
- Now remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool.
- Add the cooked oats mixture, ice, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a blender. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
- Serve chilled in a glass.
