- 1 cup grated Carrots, raw
- 2 piece Ice cubes
- 2 cup Milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, reduced fat
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.5 tsp Lemon rind, grated

Instructions
- Add crushed ice, buttermilk, herb, salt, zest, ginger and grated carrots in a blender.
