Ingredients
- 2 loin, whole Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, separate fat and lean only.
- 5 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 packet Honey
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 fl oz Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 1 tbsp Spices, rosemary, dried
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Grease a baking tray with non stick oil.
- Take the pork tenderloin and pierce it 5-6 times with a sharp knife, insert the peeled garlic cloves in each hole you have made with the knife. Place the prepared tenderloin in baking tray.
- Prepare the marinade – whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, orange juice, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Add oil little by little while whisking the marinade. Pour this marinade over the pork tenderloin and bake for 45 minutes, while turning the pork in between for even cooking.
- After 40-45 minutes remove from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the tenderloin slices with the marinade sauce from the baking pan.
