It might not look that tasty, but I can assure you this is the real deal! Very tasty with some rice, or with some brown bread. The great thing about this recipe is that you can make a lot of it, and freeze it. I have a stash in the freezer and whenever I run out of time I grab and microwave it. The flavors are even better after a while in the freezer!

Ingredients
- 5 unit Minced Chicken
- 1.2 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 2 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tbsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 5 small whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 4.52 100g Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned, drained solids, rinsed in tap water
Instructions
- Brown the chicken, chopped onion and chopped garlic in a large skillet
- Drain the grease (because of that, this recipe actually contains less fat than mentioned in the recipes nutrient overview)
- Add the finely chopped pepper and all of the spices
- Stir in the tomatoes and the beans, let it simmer for around 10 minutes
- You can spice it up with some more pepper if you like! Enjoy.
