This is one of my favorite protein shakes; I can drink it every morning in the summer. I use instant coffee powder for this recipe, moderate use of coffee is actually good for bodybuilding, it is highly motivational and full of anti oxidants. It helps in fighting with body fat and increases testosterone levels for muscle gain. Try this delicious protein shake in the morning with breakfast.

Ingredients
	
		- 1 tsp dry  Coffee, dry, powder, with whitener, reduced calorie
- 1 scoop  Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
- 1 cup  Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 tsp  Sweetener, syrup, agave
- 1 piece  Ice cubes
Instructions
	
		- Pour milk in a blender jar.
- Add coffee powder, protein powder, sweetener and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
