Ingredients
- 0.99 tbsp Honey
- 2.01 cup Peach, Unsweetened
- 0.33 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 2.01 slice MORI-NU, Tofu, silken, soft
Instructions
- Prepare an ice bath. Set it aside.
- Now bring water to boil in a medium saucepan and place peaches in it for half a minute.
- Remove peaches using a slotted spoon and transfer them to ice bath and allow them to cool.
- After draining, peel the peaches and cut them into quarters.
- Now transfer the peaches, honey, orange juice and tofu in a blender.
- Puree till you get a smooth drink.
- Transfer in a glass and serve chilled.
