I really started to enjoy tuna after trying this recipe; fresh tuna streak is used in this recipe which is packed with power protein, omega -3 and vitamin D. In order to enrich it with more nutrition, I like to add avocado with tuna that combines well with the recipe. This fresh tuna tartare on crackers is an easy recipe for bodybuilders that is full of nutrition and taste.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Fish, tuna, fresh, bluefin, raw
- 1 tsp Wasabi paste
- 1 tsp Sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, TABASCO
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.5 cup, sliced Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 gram PACE, Jalapenos Nacho Sliced Peppers
- 1 serving Crackers, whole-wheat
- 1 gram sesame seeds
Instructions
- Wash and pat tuna with kitchen towel, cut into ¼ inch dice and place in a medium size bowl.
- Take another small bowl to combine oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Pour the spice mixture on the tuna dices; add scallion and jalapeño. Mix all the ingredients.
- Peel and cut the avocado in small pieces and mix with tuna mixture.
- Add toasted sesame seeds, cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The tuna will soak the flavors during this time.
- To serve – lay crackers on a serving dish and spoon the tuna mixture on them.
