Try this lime infused grilled shrimp with crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro, the combination is perfect for a light meal, if served along with whole wheat spaghetti. Ingredients
- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 fl oz Lime juice, raw
- 1 tbsp Sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
- 1 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 tbsp Crushed Peanuts
- 1 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Take a bowl and combine lime zest, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Place the shrimps in a baking tray and spray oil on them, grill until firm, 2-3 minutes per side.
- When the shrimps are ready, remove from the grill and transfer to a bowl.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over them; add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro, crushed peanuts and scallion, serve warm.
