Ingredients
- 1 steak Beef, loin, top sirloin cap steak, boneless, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select, raw
- 1 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp Sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Cut the beef streak into ¼ inch thick strips.
- Cut the bell pepper into long strips, similar to beef streak.
- Take a small bowl and combine – oyster sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and olive oil. Stir to combine.
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and pour the sauce mixture, cook for 1 minute while stirring.
- Add sliced beef, stir and cook until beef is brown.
- Add ½ cup of water stir and cook on low heat until beef is cooked for about 10 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and onions, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
