Ingredients
- 2 piece Egg white beaten
- 4 4 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
- 0.76 cup Sugars, granulated
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Spices, garlic powder
- 0.24 cup Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 0.52 cup Vinegar, cider
- 0.24 cup Ketchup
Instructions
- Cut the chunks of boneless chicken and then season them with salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken chunks with beaten egg and then in cornstarch.
- Pan fry the chicken chunks in oil until they are lightly golden brown.
- Then arrange the chicken chunks in a single layer in a baking dish.
- To prepare sauce, mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt in a bowl and combine well.
- Pour the sauce over chicken and bake for at least an hour.
- Serve immediately.
