Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 4 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil, reduced calorie, fat-free
- 0.24 tbsp Honey
- 5 1/5 package Polenta, Coarse
- 0.52 package Fruit, mixed, (prune and apricot and pear), dried
- 2 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds Toasted
Instructions
- After bringing water to boil, add salt and polenta and stir well.
- Now reduce the heat and simmer for at least 35 minutes.
- Depending upon your need, you may consider cooking polenta for a little longer. But make sure you stir in water as and when needed.
- Now transfer polenta into separate bowls and top each of the bowls with cream, honey, dried fruits and almonds.
- Serve immediately.
