Ingredients
- 1.24 container Yogurt, vanilla flavor, lowfat milk, sweetened with low calorie sweetener
- 4 1 tsp Sugar, Normal
- 4 piece Ice cubes
- 1 cup Blueberries, raw
Instructions
- Add blueberries, sugar and yogurt in the blender.
- Process the ingredients until you get a smooth and thick shake.
- Fill four glasses with one ice cube each. Transfer the shake equally between these glasses and serve immediately.
