Ingredients
- 1.98 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1.02 dash Salt, table
- 1.02 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1.02 onion Onions, sweet, raw
- 0.24 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 1.5 cup Lima beans, thin seeded (baby), mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt
- 0.24 cup, crumbled Cheese, feta
- 4.98 cup Corn, yellow, whole kernel, frozen, microwaved
- 0.48 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 2.52 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add a pinch of salt and chopped onion into the saucepan and cook until the onion becomes tender and translucent.
- Now lower the heat. Add corn and the beans and stir them in for about 1 minute or until they become tender.
- Take a large bowl and transfer cooked ingredients into it. Toss it with lemon juice and tomatoes.
- Now sprinkle black pepper, basil and feta on top and serve immediately.
