Ingredients
- 200 gram Beef, chuck for stew, separable lean and fat, choice, raw
- 1.5 cup, half cup Sweet potato, boil, mashed
- 1 cup Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1 stalk, large Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
Instructions
- Cut the beef into small strips and braze with some butter and water for about 15 minutes
- Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes, add some seasoning to your own taste
- At the same time, boil some water and add the broccoli and sweet potatoes to boil for about 5 minutes
- Add the veggies to the tomato and beef mixture and cook on low heat for about 10 more minutes
