On a hot summer day, you will definitely enjoy this stracciatella ice cream stuffed with protein. You can add some chocolate flakes to make it even more enjoyable. Be careful though, you can best use dark chocolate, because it contains less sugar then milk chocolate. The higher percentage of cacao will help you burn extra fat!

Ingredients
- 2 scoop Weider Nutrition Gold Whey, stracciatella
- 2 cup Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 1 100g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 0.1 bar Chocolate, dark, 70-85% cacao solids
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor or blender.
- Use a grater to make chocolate flakes, add it to the mix
- Place mixture in the freezer, and give it a good stir every 20 minutes until it looks like icecream.
- After an hour it should be good to eat!
