Ingredients
- 3 muffin English muffins, whole-wheat
- 1.02 dash Salt, table
- 1.02 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 6 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.48 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 6 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Gently press English muffins and create a circle so that it can accommodate the bacon.
- Add cheese and then top it with a whole egg.
- Sprinkle each of the muffins with salt and pepper.
- Bake the muffins for at least 20 degrees or until the egg is cooked perfectly.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool for a 3-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
