The rich calcium and phosphorous content in chicken also means that your bones will be healthy and strong. Other benefits in eating chicken include increased appetite, promoting heart health, strengthening of immunity, alleviation of risks associated with arthritis, etc. Baguette has been used in this recipe instead of the regular bread as it contains selenium, an essential mineral that not only ensures hormonal balance in your body but also improves body metabolism.
