Ingredients
- 1.02 medium Onions, raw
- 7.02 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.02 cup Sauce, barbecue, OPEN PIT, original
- 4.02 1/2 rack Baby Back Pork Ribs
- 1.02 tbsp, crumbled Spices, bay leaf
- 22.02 1 tbsp Mesquite Marinade
Instructions
- Place pork baby back ribs in a large stockpot. Add water just enough to cover it.
- Add onion, bay leaves and marinade and boil the mixture under high flame.
- Now reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the ribs become tender.
- Remove ribs and drain on baking sheet.
- Now heat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix brown sugar and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Brush this mixture on both sides of ribs.
- Place ribs on grill with the bone side down. Make sure you close the lid.
- Grill one of the sides for 7 minutes and turn over. Continue grilling the other side for 7 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
