Ingredients
- 2 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 cup Spinach, raw
- 2 slice Trader Joe's Uncured Turkey Bacon
- 0.5 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, add some salt and pepper for favouring
- Cut the bacon into small strips and bake in a little oil
- If the bacon is getting crispy, add the eggs and cook until the omelet has solidified
- Flip it over to bake it on the other side for a minute
- Serve the omelet on a plate and fold it around the fresh spinach leaves
